Up until 2020 we always had more NON En-suite rooms than En-suite’s but as a result of not being able to use public spaces including toilets and shower facilities due to keeping our guests safe and restrictions within the industry we decided late in 2020 to work out how we could change this to include more self contained rooms, without losing to many beds overall, in fact ideally non!
Initially we looked at adding En-suite facilities to all our rooms, but that was going to mean losing around 8 beds in total, so we weren’t keen on that step, so we came up with a plan that would add two En-suite rooms without losing any of our maximum capacity.
So this has kept us very busy over the last lockdown, but we are pretty pleased with the results.
We now have an extra 4 bed room with it’s own shower ( large Shower) and toilet, and also a 2 bed ( bunkbeds) with its own bathroom and small kitchen area.
All our other en-suite rooms have been re-decorated and have had make over, with tables, chairs and USB sockets fitted.
